Nutritional Response Testing

Everyone knows that what you eat has an effect on your health. But we often don't stop to consider whether our diet provides adequate nutrition. Sometime subtle deficiencies impact our health negatively.

Muscle testing, or applied kinesiology may effectively be used in assessing nutritional needs and food sensitivity testing.

The practitioner can use muscle testing to determine whether, and if so, which, nutrients your body is lacking.

Links in muscle checking can serve as a wonderful tool for determining food intolerance or sensitivities.
